Soup, noodles, and sides are packed separately so folks can enjoy them freshly at home. Reheat the broth; the hotter it is, the better, just like how we serve at our location.

To complete this bowl of delicious rice or egg noodles soup, we garnish it with the toppings of scallions, cilantro, onion, along with sides of shredded lettuce & mints, bean sprouts, basil, lime, and jalapeño! Choices of chicken or veggies. Remember to wrap it with the green leaf lettuce and dip it into the sauce. Just like you hold up the arranged lettuce with the rolls served at the restaurant.
Freshly prepared hand rolls consisting of fresh lettuce, mint leaves, bean sprouts, vermicelli noodles, wrapped in soft rice paper. Served with homemade plum sauce with peanuts on the side.
